Introducing Switch Pitch
As a freelance creative team we noticed a need in agencies for a service that could deliver everything from some top line concepts through to the complete delivery of design, visuals and execution. A service that could deliver a pitch for a client  in short timescales without disrupting the creative department or the need to call around looking for individuals.
So we started Switch and offer our services as a creative team, but we also have a select studio of 2D and 3D designers, illustrators and animators that we call upon if and when needed.  Since we started we've worked with about 20 agencies such as Iris, Sledge, Because, Hill & Knowlton and George P Johnson across all segments. 
Chris Axe - Creative Director 
Chris has over 16 years of creative experience in Integrated Marketing, Experiential, Shopper Marketing and Interactive Media. His core skills are strategy, concept creation, creative direction and management of key skill sets to activate these ideas to the highest level.
His key achievements are integrated and experiential campaigns for Sky Television, SAP, BMW Group, and Hyundai.  His career highlights are award winning campaigns for Smirnoff Vodka, Sky Skills Studios, Make it in Great Britain - featured at the Science Museum in London, and Experience SAP.  Chris believes in a storytelling approach using creativity with technology to make marketing campaigns highly immersive, memorable and relevant.
Panos Conti - Senior Copywriter
Panos has over 20 years of creative experience in ATL, BTL, Integrated Marketing, Experiential, Shopper Marketing and Interactive Media. He started his career at McCann-Erickson in South Africa, before moving back to the UK where he has held positions as head of copy and head of digital copy at Triangle and Arc Leo Burnett.
His key achievements are award winning integrated and experiential campaigns for Tiscali, Orange, Nokia, Samsung, Sky Television and SAP. Panos believes in a strong concept and the strength of well crafted content to engage an audience and ultimately convert prospects to customers.
